    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill, beginning on page one, by striking out the title of the bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; by adding thereto a new section, designated §49-7-36, relating to encouraging the use of telemedicine, telepsychology and video conferencing in order to make the child welfare system more effective and efficient. ”
